We ship all orders from Munich Germany per courier.
Shipping is free of charge.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which are not responsible for and which are to be payed by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
Each Yulikka Creation is individually and personally handcrafted for you, after you have placed your order.
We manufacture our pieces in a small manufactur in Europe with a delivery time of up to 6 weeks (within the EU) or 6-12 weeks (rest of the world).
If your order is shipping to the EU, we include all duties and taxes in the final price so you won’t have to pay for anything separately or on arrival.
If you’re ordering to another country, you may have to pay taxes and duties upon delivery
Yes, Yulikka Creation is individually and personally handcrafted for you that’s why we want to make sure your precious jewelry arrives safely.
You can track your Yulikka Jewelry order at any time on our shipping partner’s page. If it is said that your order has been delivered, but it is not with you, please contact us at customercare@yulikka.com and we will get on the case.
We can change your order within the first 24 hours after ordering, of course it is better to contact us with your order number at customercare@yulikka.com as soon as possible.
The statutory consumer Cancellation Policy right remains unaffected by this.
In principle, consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept a consumer revocation for custom-made pieces.
We can not accept a right of withdrawal if you are not a member of the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract and your sole domicile and delivery address are outside the European Union at the time of conclusion of the contract.

For custom-made pieces of jewelry, a consumer right of revocation is excluded.
Of course, legal claims for defective products remain unaffected.
It can take up to 5-10 business days for us to process your return. Thank you for being patient.
Please be mindful of your jewelry, while you wear them and remove them while playing any sports, gardening or high-contact activities.

We specifically use solid 18 karat gold to provide our clients with high quality pieces of jewelry that resist over time and can be passed on from generation to generation.
All our pieces are made with solid 18K gold so there’s no harm wearing them in water.
We recommend a professional cleaning.
For usual cleaning here what you can do: put 2 cups of warm water and several drops of mild dish detergent in a bowl. Soak your 18-karat gold jewelry in the solution for ca. 15 minutes. Scrub the gold jewelry with a soft baby toothbrush or a cotton swab then rinse it with water.

We exclusively use high-quality, low-impact materials for all our Jewelry. That means solid, 18-karat 100% recycled gold, lab-grown diamonds and fair-minded gemstones.
18K gold consists of 75% gold and it has the highest amount of pure gold in accessible materials. Is also very hard to tarnish, damage or stain and so it is the best quality for cost.
According to the Gold Standard Institute, there is already more gold circulating above Earth than we will ever find in current or new mines. So rather than pollute unnecessarily by mining for gold, we use only recycled gold to help protect our planet.

Our diamonds are created using cutting-edge technology that replicates natural growing conditions in a lab. This results in diamonds that are chemically and physically identical to ones that come from mine, but with a lower environmental impact.
Our lab born diamonds are brilliant cut diamonds that are carefully selected to meet our exacting standards.
All diamonds have an excellent level of cut and are rigorously examined by certified gemologists.
The eye clean clarity shows you the VS grade, while the color range D-F means our diamonds are perfectly white.
Our diamonds over 0.30 ct. come with an IGI certificate / GIA certificate.
